Young dried raspberry leafs (Rubus idaeus)
from certified organic production.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE OF RASBERRY LEAFS TEA:
- One tea bag is sufficient for approx. 20l tea
- We prepare the drink as an infusion – on a teaspoon of herbs we pour boiling water and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Than we strain and drink up to three cups per day..
- Pregnant women start drinking raspberry leaves tea after 34th week of pregnancy. At the beginning they shall drink one cup per day up to 37th week of pregnancy. Some also recommend pauses between drinking and drink 1 week followed by 1 week break and again … From week 37th on we begin by drinking 3 cups of tea per day..
