St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum)
St John’s wort is a sun-loving herb whose golden flowers carry the warmth of summer. When infused in oil, the flowers create a distinctive red-coloured macerate that is special even at first glance. In the balm, it brings gentle, warming care that envelops the skin in a feeling of softness and a calm, comforting touch.
Olive oil (Olea europaea)
Extra virgin olive oil is soft, nourishing and naturally rich. Obtained from the fruit of the olive tree, it carries a sense of sunshine and ripeness and is one of the oldest oils traditionally used for skin care. In the balm, it acts as the carrier for St John’s wort, leaving the skin feeling supple, smooth and gently protected.
Beeswax (Cera alba)
Beeswax is a natural ingredient that gives the balm its structure and stability. It has a mild, pleasant aroma and forms a light protective layer on the skin that helps maintain its softness. It gives the balm a rich yet easily spreadable texture and leaves the skin feeling pleasantly cared for.

Can I use the balm before sun exposure?
St John’s wort deserves a little extra care. It can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight, so we recommend avoiding application immediately before direct sun exposure.
If skin treated with the balm is exposed to strong sunlight, increased sensitivity may occur. This can appear as redness, a feeling of warmth or mild skin irritation, and in some cases the skin may react more quickly to the sun’s rays.
For this reason, the balm is best used as part of an evening skincare ritual or whenever the skin will not be exposed to direct sunlight. If you use it during the day, apply it to covered areas of the skin or ensure appropriate sun protection.
