FAQ
Active mobility tincture is a herbal tincture made from wild teasel root, nettle, birch and olive leaves, and meadowsweet flowers. The herbs are prepared using the traditional cold maceration method, which helps preserve a broad spectrum of naturally occurring constituents.
The alcohol content is carefully adjusted to the herbs in the formula, as 45% alcohol by volume allows effective extraction of both water-soluble and alcohol-soluble compounds. This method supports the extraction of a variety of plant constituents from roots, leaves and flowers, resulting in a stable, high-quality herbal extract.
The herbs are organically grown, hand-harvested and carefully prepared in small batches, with great attention to quality, the plants themselves and traditional herbal knowledge.

Wild teasel (Dipsacus fullonum)
Wild teasel is a robust biennial plant from the Caprifoliaceae family. The root (radix) is used in the tincture. In traditional herbalism, it is often associated with the joints, movement and supporting the body during periods of increased physical strain. Its deep root gives the tincture an earthy, strong character and a sense of stability.
Nettle (Urtica dioica)
Nettle, from the Urticaceae family, is one of the best-known European herbs. The leaf (folium) is used in the tincture. Traditionally, it is associated with vitality, healthy flow and a sense of lightness in the body. Due to its rich mineral content, it has long been valued as part of various traditional herbal courses.
Birch (Betula pendula)
Birch, from the Betulaceae family, is a tree traditionally associated with lightness, movement and healthy flow. The leaf (folium) is used in the tincture. In folk herbalism, it is often associated with a sense of lightness and supporting the body during periods of fluid retention and feelings of heaviness. Its gentle, fresh character brings a sense of softness and healthy flow to the tincture.
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria)
Meadowsweet, from the Rosaceae family, is an aromatic meadow plant. The flowers (flos) are used in the tincture. Traditionally, it is associated with the joints, movement and a sense of comfort in the body. Its slightly sweet, meadow-like character brings softness and pleasant herbal warmth to the tincture.

Is Active Mobility Tincture suitable for older adults?
Many people use this type of gentle herbal formula in mature years. We recommend cyclical use – usually 3 weeks followed by at least 1 week off – and attention to individual tolerance and medication use.
Why is there a salicylate warning?
Meadowsweet naturally contains salicylate-related compounds. People who are hypersensitive to aspirin or salicylates should therefore avoid the formula or seek professional advice.
