Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea)

Rhodiola is a hardy mountain plant from the Crassulaceae family. The root (radix) is used in the tincture. Traditionally, it is associated with vitality, mental clarity and supporting the body during periods of stress and increased exhaustion. Its character is both revitalising and steady, which is why it is often considered one of the most valued adaptogenic herbs.

Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis)

Schisandra is a climbing plant with distinctive red berries from the Schisandraceae family. The fruits (fructus) are used in the tincture. Traditionally, it is associated with adaptation to stress, concentration and a sense of inner balance. It brings a harmonising, almost centring quality to the tincture, gently supporting depleted and scattered energy.

Oats (Avena sativa)

Oats are a gentle grass from the Poaceae family. The herb (herba) is used in the tincture. Traditionally, oats are associated with supporting the nervous system, calming and recovery after prolonged periods of strain and stress. In herbal formulas, they bring a sense of gentleness, nourishment and inner stability.

Nettle seeds (Urtica dioica)

Nettle is one of the most valued European plants from the Urticaceae family. The seeds (semen) are used in the tincture. Traditionally, they are associated with vitality, recovery and supporting the body during periods of exhaustion and depleted reserves. They bring a nourishing, warming and deeply supportive character to the tincture.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)

Reishi is a glossy, woody mushroom from the Ganodermataceae family. The fruiting body (fructificatio) is used. For centuries, traditional systems have associated it with longevity, inner balance and supporting the body during periods of prolonged stress. In the tincture, it brings a sense of calm strength, grounding and deep restoration.

Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris)

Cordyceps is a distinctive medicinal mushroom from the Cordycipitaceae family. The fruiting body (fructificatio) is used. What is the difference between Stress support tincture and Regeneration tincture?

Both tinctures are designed to support the body during periods of increased strain, but they have a slightly different focus.

Stress support is more focused on supporting the body during everyday stress, tension and mental strain. The formula with reishi, rhodiola and Japanese knotweed is especially popular during busy periods, when life feels particularly demanding or when there is a sense of inner tension.

Regeneration, on the other hand, is more focused on the body’s gradual recovery after prolonged periods of strain, fatigue and reduced vitality. In addition to adaptogenic herbs, it also contains schisandra, oats, nettle seeds and cordyceps, giving the formula a more restorative character with a focus on supporting the nervous system, vitality and inner balance.

Simply put:

Stress support → during periods of increased everyday demands and stress
Regeneration → when more holistic support is desired during periods of prolonged fatigue, exhaustion and reduced vitality

Many people use:

Stress support during more intense and active periods,
and Regeneration after longer periods of increased strain or when they feel their body needs more rest, support and recovery.
