FAQ

Sugar balance is a herbal tincture made with olive leaf, fig leaf, bilberry leaf, burdock and milky oats, prepared using the traditional cold maceration method. These selected herbs have a long history of traditional use and are popular during periods when greater attention is given to metabolic balance and everyday lifestyle habits.

The alcohol concentration is carefully adjusted to allow effective extraction of both water-soluble and alcohol-soluble compounds. In this way, the natural balance of different groups of plant constituents is preserved, creating a comprehensive and stable herbal extract.

The herbs are grown on our organic farm or carefully wild-harvested in the unspoilt nature of Slovenia. They are harvested by hand, with care for each plant and respect for natural rhythms, helping to preserve their quality and vitality.

Can I take the tincture alongside inulin?

Yes, in most cases the tincture can be used alongside inulin. They work in different ways – inulin is a dietary fibre that supports the gut environment, while the herbal tincture contributes to overall digestive and metabolic balance.

We recommend starting with smaller amounts of both and observing how your body responds, as larger amounts of fibre may cause bloating in some people. If you have any specific health conditions or are taking medication, it is advisable to consult your doctor or pharmacist.
