FAQ

Lymph support tincture is a herbal tincture prepared using a traditional method that helps preserve a broad spectrum of naturally occurring constituents and the distinctive properties of the individual herbs. It is traditionally used to support the lymphatic system, healthy flow, skin and the body’s natural balance.

We use carefully adjusted alcohol concentrations during preparation, as different plant compounds are extracted at different alcohol strengths. This allows effective extraction of both more water-soluble and less water-soluble constituents, creating a more complete herbal preparation.

The herbs come from organic cultivation on our herbal farm or from carefully selected Slovenian sources. We pay particular attention to careful hand preparation and a respectful relationship with the plants.

Nettle (Urtica dioica)

Traditionally, it is associated with supporting the body’s natural elimination processes, vitality and a sense of lightness. In herbal formulas, it brings a natural richness in minerals and fresh green vitality.

Cleavers (Galium aparine)

Cleavers is a delicate wild-growing herb from the Rubiaceae family. The herb (herba) is used in the tincture. Traditionally, it is associated with supporting the lymphatic system, healthy flow and a sense of easier movement of fluids throughout the body. In European herbalism, it is one of the best-known herbs used in lymphatic formulas.

Marigold (Calendula officinalis)

Marigold is a bright golden-yellow herb from the Asteraceae family. The flowers (flos) are used in the tincture. Traditionally, it is associated with the skin, supporting the body’s natural renewal processes and inner balance. It brings softness, warmth and a pleasantly rounded herbal character to the tincture.

When can I expect to notice the first effects?

Herbal preparations work gradually. Some people notice a greater sense of lightness after just a few days, while for others it may be beneficial to use the tincture for several weeks. For best results, we recommend regular use and adequate fluid intake.

Should I drink more water while using the tincture?

It is advisable to drink enough fluids throughout the day while using the tincture. The lymphatic system is closely connected with the movement of fluids in the body, so adequate intake of water or unsweetened herbal teas is always a welcome form of support.

Is the tincture also suitable for use in spring?

Yes. Many people prefer to use it in spring or during periods when they wish to support a sense of lightness, healthy flow and the body’s inner balance.
